Pricing: Flat Quote Before the Hook Drops

You get a number on the phone before we dispatch. That number doesn't move unless the facts on scene change.

The policy, in one paragraph

Here's how it works. You call, tell us your vehicle, your situation, and your location. We ask two or three follow-up questions if needed. Then we give you a flat price before a truck leaves the yard. If what you told us matches what we find on scene, that's the price you pay, full stop. It only changes if the situation itself changes, for example a car you described as "just won't start" turns out to be in a ditch and needs a winch pull first. We'll always tell you that before doing extra work, not after.

How we bill

  • Card or cash at drop-off for standard tows and roadside calls.
  • Direct insurance billing available for most carriers on accident and collision recovery.
  • No separate hook-up fee. It's built into the flat number we quote, not added afterward.
  • No hidden after-hours surcharge. A 2 a.m. call costs the same as a 2 p.m. call for the same job.
One thing to know: we don't do payment plans or invoicing net-30 for individual customers. Payment is due at drop-off, same day, except for direct-bill insurance claims.

Why the price doesn't creep

The most common complaint about towing isn't the price itself, it's the number changing after the truck's already there and your car's already hooked up. We build our quote around what you tell us on the phone, confirm it matches on arrival, and stick to it. If it doesn't match, you hear about it before any extra work happens, not on the invoice.

Common questions

Is the phone quote really final?

Yes, as long as the situation matches what you described. If your car is where you said it was and in the condition you described, the number holds.

Do you charge more at night or on weekends?

No. Our flat pricing is the same regardless of time of day or day of the week.

Can I get a written quote before you dispatch?

We quote over the phone since that's the fastest way to get a truck moving. If you'd like it in a text message for your records, ask and we'll send it before we dispatch.
